“I’m going on an adventure!” – Bilbo Baggins The Hobbit
We all
arrived today to start our adventure of a life time.
This was
the most unique first day of any school day I or anyone else has had so far. We
had the normal paperwork that each first day of the year requires during the
first day. This first day included much more. Dividing up river gear,
collecting groceries for the week and dried food for the up coming canoe trip
in Canada, cutting bear ropes, folding maps, and mentally preparing for the wizards,
trolls, dwarfs, and of course the mighty dragon along the adventure.
